By setting this option to Yes, GeneXus will generate, with the program that prints, a file with the extension DDS, containing the lines to be printed in DDS format. This is the standard way of printing in the iSeries. The name of the generated file is the same as that of the report designed in GeneXus with extension DDS.
The advantage of using this is that the user can easily modify the file with the lines to be printed and add any desired special effect (font, bold, underline, etc.).
Yes: A file with the extension DDS that contains the lines to be printed in DDS format will be generated.
