Deprecated: Since GeneXus X.
Enables you to mark objects as private in the Knowledge Base. If the Knowledge Base has private objects of another owner, this property cannot be changed and you can only see the Owner’s Copyright Information.
Default Value: False.
If the property is set to True, the object’s owner information is displayed:
If you mark the object as private, that means that you are the owner and this information is empty.
In order to define an object as private, the True value must be selected. This only indicates that the object will be Private, but no process will be performed with it (not even encryption) and no extra information will be required. If, at the time of distribution, an object in the distribution list has the True value selected (because it is a private object of another or it was marketed by you), a new button (Copyright Notice) will be enabled for entering the copyright information. Only after entering this information the distribution file will be totally encrypted (except the header), even those public objects that have also been selected. The former information will also be encrypted. If the Copyright information is not indicated, a normal distribution will be performed and the exportation will not be encrypted.
When an encrypted distribution file is consolidated, only those objects that were marked as private will be saved encrypted.
