HowTo: Search within the Knowledge Base in GeneXus Next Desktop

GeneXus Next Desktop includes a search option that allows you to find objects in a specific Knowledge Base by name or content. The search scans different parts of objects, such as Source, Rules, Variables, and Properties.

Steps

• Open GeneXus Next Desktop.
• Go to the left menu.
• Click the Search icon.
• Enter the text to search.

Review the matching objects in Results and select the desired one. The results include all objects where the search text is found.
